When I tried copy 60 and paste in 58, they became dotted half and quarter repectively.

In bars 70 and 72, instead of the dotted 8th and 16th, the 2nd beat shows an 8th tied to 16th. How can I get the dotted rhythm in bars 70 and 72? Thanks in advance for any help!

You can select the tied notes, and press 5, then (letter) o, then 55.

Otherwise, if you activate Force Duration before entering the notes, Dorico will display the exact values that you ask for!

Yes, that worked! Thanks! I don’t think I force duration before entering notes. It’s probably because the 3/4 is inside the global 9/8, which is hidden. Thanks for your help!
