Shift + arrow - not working

I used to use shift + arrow (up/down) to shift midi to an octave up or down. It’s not working. Anybody?

Did you check your key commands to see if you have “Navigate Up/Down” assigned to the up/down arrows?

New keyboard?

For some reason it started working after I just open Key commands…

Hello Everyone in My Case
i always use SHIFT+ Up , Down Arrows To Shift Pitch Inside The Note Box Smoothly But it Shifts a Whole Note as only arrows shifts the whole note do anyone have The Solution?

OHH Yeah!! i Got The Solution Myselfe!!

OFF Pitch Snap Mode on the left side vari audio functions as shown in picture That will Start Working!!
