shifting midi notes upon themselves, how ?

I’m looking for a way to shift selected notes in range, right and left and to have it join upon its tail within the selected range , is it possible ? and how ?
aka 1234, 2341, 3412, 4123

the beat designer have this feature but I need to use it in a midi clip

I’m not aware about this kind of rotation function.

this is really annoying FL Studio have this function and I keep using it for this kind of basic operations instead of doing it all inside cubase.
