Shortcut for above/below placement

Hi there!

Maybe it’s possible already, but I couldn’t find it:
Can you create a shortcut for ‘placement: above/below’ in the Keyboard Shortcuts?

If not, it’s on my wishlist!

F (for flip) is effectively a proxy for this, isn’t it?
