in the Meter tab I’m switching a lot from displaying monitor source, phones and Main to Loudness only.
I can’t find a shortcut for this ? does it exist ?

Isn’t that simply an assignable Key Command? I have “Ctrl/Cmd-R” on all of my systems, but it might very well be that this is a custom command I got used to over the years. 
EDIT: Sorry, it seems as I misunderstood the actual question. 
I don’t think there are explicite commands for this, but there are some for jumping back and forth in Tabs (and Subtabs):
The other option would be to use Workspaces, which can be set up accordingly, saved and activated using a Key Command.
