the shortcuts for increasing and decreasing text with CTRL + shift + . doesn’t work here.
I couldn’t find the shortcuts in the key commands window.

Yes, this is true. The shortcuts assume an English keyboard at the moment. We’ll sort this out in due course. Sorry for the inconvenience in the meantime.
