Shortcuts not imported from 5 to 6

My custom shortcuts was not imported from v5 when updating to v6
win 11, Norwegian keyboard

Was everything else – Saved Options, Playback Templates, scripts, etc?

Playback Templates: Yes
Jumpbar alias: Yes
Options: Seems like it

Have you checked the key_commands json file itself? If the JSON syntax is mis-formed, it won’t load any of your shortcuts.

User configuration files are stored in c:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Dorico 5 on Windows and Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Steinberg/Dorico 5 on Mac.

(Where 5 is whichever version of Dorico you’re looking at.)

The key commands file is called keycommands_en.json, where en is the abbreviation for your keyboard language.
