I am facing a problem since one week…
if i open Media Bay in the right zone then drag a file to my project
Now if i pressed CTRL+Z to undo or Delete button to delete the selected file / event i inserted … nothing happens !!!
i should close the right zone panel
or
open “On-screen keyboard” then close it… to get shortcuts works again!
i was used Cubase 12.0.20 and i installed 12.0.30 update today but the issue hasn’t been solved.

I did and now Cubase works like a charm
Can you tell me please why Cubase remains damage the Preferences file if I adjust Midi / Audio Event … and Tracks colors… in Preferences settings?
Is there a way to avoid that?
i disabled the Preferences setting as you asked and that fixed the problem
but I am surprised why I see all my settings as they are
Previously, Disable Preferences was reset Cubase to factory default settings!
