That works OK for me, though I tried a different shortcut: it brings up the Audio Export dialog as expected. Can you do Help > Create Diagnostic Report and attach the resulting zip file here? I can then take a look at the actual JSON file, which is included in there.

Your pictures above show “Meta+Ctrl+Shift+E”
Make sure you are pressing all of the keys.
Somebody please correct me if I am wrong, but I think that on a Mac:
Meta is the ctrl key (Control)
and
Ctrl is the cmd key (Command).
so Meta+Ctrl+Shift+E equates (on a Mac) to ctrl+cmd+shift+E.

Same issue here. All of a sudden, all of my shortcuts are deleted. quite annoying.
