Is there a Mac based list of ALL shortcuts available somewhere by someone?

I have just downloaded Elements as a trial and for one, selecting all midi notes in editor:

  • how do you copy/ paste or repeat the notes continuously in time and not over the selected notes or randomly down the timeline?
