hey,
when i run Cubase Artist 9.5 or Cubase Elements , it shows always in hide Cubase desktop mode and i can still see icons of windows desktop in
background, then when i click maximize or show Cubase desktop is like i want to be when i start/run Cubase at startup.
can i change that somewhere ?

Others have reported a similar concern. There are a few suggestions that might work for you in the linked topic and other topics linked in this one. I believe it is an officially recognized issue.
