“Show flow headings: Not for first flow” makes token “{@page@}” disabled

When you choose “Show flow headings: Not for first flow”, token “{@page@}” is disabled. When you choose “Show flow headings: Never”, it works.

I guess this could be a spec but it creates a problem when you set tokens in a combination like “{@page@} of {@pagecount@}”. I think it’s better to make “{@page@}” work regardless the way to show the flow headlines. Or if I miss something to make it work, please let me know. Thank you!
