Show for Transposition Property in Starting Clefs not working properly

If I override a default clef at the beginning of a flow and choose the property “Show for tranposition” for this clef and set it to “Concert Pitch” it will wrongly show up also in Transposing Pitch situations. Just had this issue when I wanted to show Bass Clef for a Horn part only in the concert score starting at the beginning but it showed up the bass clef also in the transposing part.

Every time I have to (reliably) use different clefs between score and parts I make a “parts-score” copy and work from there.
There are situation when this works, but in my experience they have been too few to justify the unpredictability.

Yes, this has worked like this for as long as I can remember, presumably because if it’s at the start of the flow you don’t want it to be hidden, you want it to behave like a different clef in the transposed layout. Rather than attempting to use the Show For Transposition property, right-click the clef > Clef > Transposed Pitch > Treble Clef.

Thanks for the workaround. I still feel this property should work at the start of a flow the same way as it does anywhere else.
