How can I add a duration under the words “Conductor Score” on this page? I can’t seem to find a slot in “Project Information” to add a duration. This is my first piece with Dorico. I am learning but still have a ways to go.

Are you using the Other Information field for anything? One can add a token for that on pages.
You’ll need to add a token for this in Engrave Mode.
For text that doesn’t have a dedicated field, I just use one of the other free ones. Then you can enter that Token.

Actually, I see a project duration token listed in the manual:
