Hello everyone,
I am writing a choral work with interventions of a gregorian melody. When doing the ‘transcription’ of the gregorian, I hide the time signature and put custom barlines. I also hide the rest of the staffs, so that only the gregorian line is visible as the only instrument.
The problem I have is that, when the SATB and organ parts come back, the time signature is different from the last one I had (hidden) in the gregorian, so I have to make a time signature change and it is shown at the end of the previous
system (as you can see in the picture).
My question is: is there a way to show the time signature change only in the resulting time signature?
I don’t know if I have made myself clear. Thanks in advance.
