Show tracks with no data

How do I only show tracks (audio/MIDI/Instruments) with no data?

Preferences → Event Display and its sub menus.

Filter Target
Media Type Is: Equal: Audio: Or
Media Type Is: Equal: MIDI: And
Property: Property is not Set: Event Is Empty

Action Target
Track Operation: Hide Track: Enable
