I’ve been struggling with some significant lag sporadically over the past week or so. I’ve had this problem before, and I think it was resolved (or at least improved) by updating to version 4.2. Any insight would be appreciated.

Can you please attach your project, and provide specific information about what edits are slow, and where you are making those edits in the project? Tell us which layout you’re working in, which flow, which instrument, which bar, and what edits you’re performing.
Thanks for your reply! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling 4.2, and that seems to have fixed the issue. I’ll be sure to include the information you requested if I have this problem again.
In general, I wouldn’t expect reinstalling Dorico to have any effect on the performance of the application. I therefore imagine you will probably run into this problem again, so at that point, please do provide the project along with some details of the edits that are slow, and we’ll take a closer look.
