Drum score signposts are not visible? All signposts are enabled.

do you mean that in the Drum part layout you don’t see the signposts, while in the Full Score or in other layouts you see them?
Strange.
The visibility of signposts is global and affects all layouts.
Can you upload a Dorico file that presents this issue? (which I newer encountered)
