Silence trim in Batch Processor

I’m aware of the batch process within Auto Split that will trim silence at the beginning and end of files, but I’d like to do this in the Batch Processor. Is it possible?

I have an old plug that only runs in Pro Tools. After I process all my tracks I’m left with .L and .R mono files with varying lengths of silence at the end of each. When I point the Batch Processor to the folder containing those files it automatically interleaves them. It’s at this point that I’d like to trim the silence from the end and then add a few more processes.

There is one plugin to trim specific amount of silence, but not to detect silence and remove only this.
