I think I have inputted crescendo and decrescendo hairpins in the score, but they do not playback. Nor do dynamics uniformly sound as they should. Any ideas?

The dynamics are playing back OK, at least in the first couple of dozen bars. They are all in the mp/p range, though, which doesn’t provide a great deal of contrast. Thanks, folks. I am more capable of handling dynamics and dynamic controls now.

You might also consider setting up the live stage for your ensemble. This would separate out different instruments so their individual dynamics may be more apparent.
