I’ve never seen anybody turn on a Nuage system. All the videos show it up and running. Obviously I expect there to be the power switch someplace conveniently located to turn the hardware on. But my question is will the hardware launch the software or do you have to do that separately on the computer? If so, what , if any, is the sequence?
There is no DSP within Nuage, so the power switch (located at the back of each module) is only providing power to motorized faders, leds, etc …
I never power them up or down, they just turn on/off with the main Studio Power mains.
One you power up your computer (and of course Nuendo), Nuage comes alive.
