May just be me, but I can’t find a simple filter with an envelope , LP mainly … If Cubase doesn’t have a stock one, I’m super tempted with the new Moog plug-ins 
You can use the FX Modulator to build stuff like that.
Thanks, I did have a quick look, but it seems to be modulating over time, no input level like an envelope. Let me look again. Thanks for the tip
