I would like to have a simple solution so i can automate a highpass filter on my kick and bass. Right know i can automate the highpassfilter but the issue is that it gives me quite many automaionchannels cause i have like 6 places in the mix where i would like to automate . It gets quite messy cause i get booth an automation channel for the highpass and a channel where i have to automate the eq on and off. I found an easy way in fruity loops where i only needed one automation channel, I had an highpass filter set upp in a high amount and i only needed to automate the amount of effect knob, going from 0-100% Is there a way to make a similar automation on my channel in cubase. Send the channels to a group. Then do your processing, automation on the group channel.
What exactly do you want to automate? The on/off switch, the frequency?
Do you use Cubase Pro 14?
