Sincrosoft error when installing cubase 4

I use Windows 7 64 bit. I try to install Cubase 4 and i received an error from Syncrosoft “There are other activated processes wich disturb…” I have try to reboot, install newer Syncrosoft software. No result. Any solutions ?

Run as Administrator.

There are other activated processes which disturb the installation process.
Please restart the computer and repeat the installation.

Try turning off DEP.

Oh also, supposedly there’s a 64bit installer for e-licenser. Check at the site.
