Sine Player doesn't show up on my plugin manager

Hi, only I only installed the .vst3 version of Orchestra Tool Sine Player. The folder is C:Programs/vstplugins
The folder is added on the plugin manager

Any idea?

For VST3 plugins you don’t get to choose where they install.
I would run the Sine Player installation again and install the plugin in its default folder (which should be “C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3” on Windows).
Adding folders to the Plugin Manager is for VST2.x plugins only.
