SINE Player VST won't show up

I have Cubase LE 5 and I’m trying to access Orchestral Tools (OT) “Sine Player” VST through the DAW. I’ve downloaded OT and I’ve copied the .dll file and placed it in the following directory, C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Steinberg\VST2, where all my other VSTs are located. For some reason the “Sine Player” VST just won’t show up.

I’ve restarted both Cubase and Windows, but nothing.

Hi and welcome,

This folder is for 32-bit plug-ins. Might be the plug-in is 64-bit. Also might be, this is VST3 plug-in. Therefore I would recommend to keep the plug-in at the place, where it has been installed and set the folder in the Plug-in Manager in Cubase.

You can also double-check Plug-in Blacklist file, if the plug-in has been blacklisted.
