it’s strange that my note of tempo marking is too small, I’m confusing what cause that

You can change the font size of the notes in tempo markings:

In Dorico 6:
Library>Character Styles>Metronom Mark Music Text

In Dorico 5:
Library>Font Styles>Metronome Music text Font.

I have tried it already. When I change the size, tempo number chaning together.
Do you know how to change the size of the note only?

Are you in Dorico 5?

If so, there are 2 fonts — Metronom Music Text and Metronom Text. The first one is for the notes, the second for the numbers.
