Sizing Applies Timestretch Modifier Key

Any way to assign this to a key command or modifier? It would be nice if I could hold down say the Option key and it would change to that while held down. I know you can hit the number 1 on the keyboard to scroll through the modes but Im looking for a more temporary thing while holding down a key so I dont have to hit the 1 a few times to get back to normal sizing selection

So I tried using the Control key as a modifier and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Also, it would up a menu when you click the bottom right square on the event and sometimes not. I changed the modifier key to Shift and it seems to be ok and not bring up the menu

Anyone else check this please
