Unfortunately, it seems typical for STEINBERG to leave you alone with problems caused by their software.
The PC is very well maintained and equipped with all the necessary security technology. It has very good hardware and only good software.
I have now solved the PROBLEM myself!
I uninstalled EVERYTHING called STEINBERG. Then I only installed CUBASE 14 Pro.
How is it possible that Cuabse 15 LITE installed more GB of data than the full version? Probably everything got mixed up.
It’s typical for a company like this to keep quiet and say or comment on nothing when their own software is BROKEN or they look bad.
I will no longer recommend anyone to buy Cubase or any other software sight unseen, or to accept their silence when it comes to problems with customer service
Left alone after purchase is NOT OK!
I was actually considering buying one or two products from Steinberg. NOT ANYMORE until the company’s support works again.
