He’s doing quite well and looks nothing short of phenomenal.
He isn’t doing much musically save for your typical rehearsal to keep his chops in shape. He said “music in me is dead,” but agreed that this was an exaggerated way of saying that he just hasn’t been inspired of late to write anything new.
We did agree to collaborate on a jazz/blues piece, which is good because I’ve been a bit unmotivated to work on it since it’s probably the most complex piece I’ve written to date. Stay tuned. 
He’s been scarce in most of the other forums I haunt also.
