SL Pro 12 ARA disappearing layers inside a group folder

Just wondering if anybody has come across this problem of some gouped layers vanishing after a reload of a cubase project.I have just tried to re-create this problem but now the layers dont seem to be disapearing.Maybe its an intermittent problem or a one off or some thing else caused it who knows.
How to create the problem:
Use the Levels module set to 20db on a layer to split it into new high and low layers.
Use the levels module set to 60db again on the newly created low level layer.
This will create two new layers called High Level and Low Level which will be inside a “Group” folder. The layers tree should now look like Fig1 below.
Now perform some VST3 processing like dynamics ect on the High Level layer inside the group folder called Low Level.
Save the project and exit cubase.
Start cubase and reload the project ,check to see if the 2 layers inside the Group folder called Low Level are still there or have they vanished.
