Prepping parts for a large project, and I have found that if I edit an instrument definition (specifically, unchecking “uses key signatures”) that it scrambles all of the cues that I generated from that instrument. Noteheads disappear primarily. If I remake the cue from the same instrument, it fixes the problem.
