Slow down Track without changing pitch?

Hello
Is there a way to stretch an audio track that’s say 3:00 long, to say 3:10 long without changing pitch? I don’t want to change the length of any other tracks in the project, just the one track. Is this doable?

And if it just a simple change in length, you can set the Arrow Tool so that Sizing Applies Time Stretch and drag the end to where you want it.
