Slow support response (ticket open for more than 30 days)?

Hello all.
I have support tickets open for more than 30 days without any reply /intervention from Steinberg’s support.
Is this normal?
Any of you having the same issue?

Support is provided not only by Steinberg but by dealers too, depending your location.

Best bet for technical question would be to post your question to the forum.

Unfortunately my issue is regarding vouchers for specific Steinberg products that are compatible with the new “Steinberg Licensing” but I only have them licensed using the old “USB e-Licenser Pen”. I already read all the available data regarding this issue at eLicenser Service Closes Down in 2025 | Steinberg but I still need Steinberg’s intervention. Stay safe.
