Sluggish Cross Hair Cursor

When using the ‘Split’ tool with snap ‘off’, the vertical cross-hair cursor ‘chases’ the primary ‘scissor’ cursor around the screen and lags far behind. I believe this just happened after applying the Windows 10 1511 update.

When snap is ‘on’ the cross hair cursor is perfectly sync’d with the ‘scissor’ cursor.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

If this is while Playback, then this is a known issue.

Thanks for replying. This occurs irrespective of the state of the transport. I did post this in ‘Issues’ but it was denied as Fabio contended the bug had already been reported. My version of the bug is somewhat more subtle in that it only occurs when ‘snap’ is off.
