Slurs and Note IDs

This is admittedly the most minor request of the decade, but here it is:

When you click a note, Dorico displays the note name in the lower left (D#4, for example). If, however, you happen to touch the end of a slar along with the note, Dorico says “Multiple selection” even though only one note is selected.

That is minor, but carefully deselecting slurs many times a day does slow down workflow.

I can read music, of course, but when working on parts in several staves with different clefs and transpositions, the note ID does prevent errors.

Only one note is selected, but multiple items are selected (a note and a slur). Dorico only displays that info in the status bar when you have exactly one item selected.

Although I don’t see the value, I will withdraw this since identifying slur, rest, etc. when selected may be needed for accessibility (visual impairment).
