Small Cubase project - very long exprt on M1 studio

I am working on a demo
Song is 7 min long
I have only 6 tracks
vocal track ( with Izotope Nectar running)
2 guitar tracks ( mono)
Midi Bass Kontakt - Cuba Discovery Series)
Midi Drums ( Addictive Drums 2)
Midi Organ ( Arturia B3)

Each track has either some compression ( Native to Cubase or Waves Puigchild) .

All in all this seems like a relatively simple project that should take way less than almost 6 minutes to export on a 2022 M1 Studio Max with 32 GB of RAM - what am I missing here?

Nectar is well known for eating up loads of resources. Try to disable Nectar (Alt + Click) and see if the export consumes significantly less time.
