Unfortunately, usually after Dorico update Microsoft Smart App Control seems to block some Dorico’s dependencies. Some of the DLL file names were Qt6LabsPlatform.dll and this has happened also before. There can be another dll files too but I’m not sure. Dorico will open but there is not no the Hub. Usually reinstalling will work, but I don’t want to do that every time when I have installed a new Dorico update.
