When selecting the range selection tool (2) and using the Ctrl + Shift modifier (to select full vertical height), the selection is not snapped if the range selection tool is dragged from a track.
The selection will only snap if the range selection tool is dragged from the bottom of the project in empty space.
Proper behavior would be to have it snap to grid if the snap to grid function is activated and to have it not snapped if the snap to grid function is deactivated.
