So hard to get replies from Steinberg/Dorico

I tried several ways to get in contact with Steinberg’s Dorico after an attempt to buy Dorico ‘educational version’.
Customer-service that leads me in a forrest of usernames, customer-numbers, passwords.
There also seems to be something wrong with receiving ‘cookies’. Never had this problem with any other site.
So hard to break through Steinberg’s protection NOT to get mail.
Why not just a link with “click here to reply”?

Maybe it ends here…? Stick with Sibelius?

In the first instance I suggest you send an email to info at steinberg dot de (excuse the poor man’s spam protection there…), and forward along the various emails you’ve had from the online shop in your email to them.
