Hello.

OK, I just upgraded to Artist. I transferred my eLicence to USB dongle and upgraded. Everything’s fine
I have an instrument pack on my eLincencer as well.
From what I found, now with USB dongle I can freely move between my Laptop and PC.
Does this mean that if I transfer my instrument pack licence to USB will I be able to use the pack on my Laptop as well as on my PC?

Assuming that Instrument Pack is a Steinberg product, yup.

It’s a Zilhouette Strings pack but I bought it through Steinberg shop.

Yes you can
