This is a classic. Look at this feature request from 2021: Steinberg, please focus on stability and quality
They have been consistently ignoring this plead. It’s always the same: they add a few bugs for each new feature. Cubase has never been reliable since Cubase 9 at least in my experience. I got sick of losing work because of crashes and I had to move away. Any other DAW is more stable but I would be back to Cubase in no time if everything that it Cubase 10 already offered worked… Wait now for the posts of people saying they have never experienced a bug in Cubase. That’s another classic.
