So You Wanna Be A Rock 'N' Roll Star?

The The Bryds song.
Not enough cowbell - I am shamed!
If a riff is good enough to repeat twice, I will repeat it - um, what’s the word for four times?
Anyway, time to get those knees up!
Forgot to mention: Arrangement based on the Pattie Smith version.

Pattie Smith on YT

Love it ,great arrangement and mix, great sounds ,reminds me of a disco we used to go to now and again who specializes in 60’s 70’s psychedelic dance trancy music called Griffs magic show .

Too many good moments in this to mention ,even though it goes on for 10 mins it’s a nice journey.

Aynsley Dunbar (the coin toss loss guy ) + Tim Rose (hey Joe) = Jimi Hendrix. Do I win owt .

@firestamper Thanks for the great review!

Ha ha! I know… Everything added, including the kitchen sink!

You lost me there…

You lost me there

I was wondering about the advertisement flyer for the bands at that gig ,is it real or if you made it and why Aynsley Dunbar and Tim Rose were on there together while having a connection with Jimi Hendrix.

I was joking about noticing the connection and do I win a prize for noticing . Owt means anything, well in Yorkshire it does lol

I know owt - and nowt! - wasn’t sure if it was an acronym.
The poster is kind of real - I found it online (copyright free!). I think it’s from around 1968 - I was 14, too young to get in. I replaced the headline act with me. Such hubris!
The prize for noticing is a free pair of tickets for my next gig at Middle Earth!
Tyrannosaurus Rex was when Bolan and Took were still an acoustic duo.

It was actually this track, The Byrds version, that gave me the idea of adding audience noise to my stuff, because they added it midway into the song. And Sgt Pepper, of course, had audience noise.
