Hello I have tired numerous times to contact steinberg and am getting no help. I have just bought the UR12 audio interface. It comes with a code for Cubase AI. Does anyone know what verison it is suppose to be Cubase 10.5?? This is very confusing for a first time user. I got to the point where the elicenser wants my activation code. The error I have is “there is no elicnser connected to your computer”

Yes, currently this is Cubase 10.5. You always get the very latest version at the moment of the very 1st activation.
If you get this message, make sure you enter an Activation Code, not Download Access Code. If you have a Download Access Code, register it in your MySteinberg account to get an Activation Code, please.
