Hi, I purchased Cubase 12, installed it and followed the instructions exactly. But I’m having trouble with the soft elicenser, where it keeps giving me an error. Can anyone advise me on how to proceed? I’ve tried almost everything and haven’t found a solution.

What edition of Cubase do you have, I guess it is Elements? What error do you get, try posting a Screenshot of that error, but make sure to hideany serial numbers.
