Soft Elicenser IP Address

Hi

We have a problem with soft e-licenser not activating our software. We think we have narrowed the issue down to our proxy blocking the traffic. Can anyone tell me the ip address which Soft E-licenser tries to communicate with so we can create a rule in the proxy to allow the traffic?

We also have an issue that appears to be because of the proxy. Can anyone please advise?
