[SOLEVD] Pitch and Mod wheels non-functional

Hi there, I just bought cubasis today and was following along with this video New In App Purchase Classic Machines in Cubasis 2.2 | New Features in Cubasis 2 - YouTube

At about 8 minutes in he uses the pitch bend wheel and mod wheel. These wheels do nothing at all on my instrument. What am I missing?

Thanks for your message.

The behaviour of the pitch bend and mod wheels often depends on the instrument loaded.
Also their functions are based on individual sound programmings.

Please give these steps a try:

  • Create a MIDI track
  • Tap the instrument icon in the track and load Micrologue
  • Open the on-board keyboard
  • Tap and hold a key while moving pitch bend and mod wheel

Please let me know if both wheels alter the sound and work as expected.

Thanks for your reply, yes it did function as expected. The Electro Bass instrument in that video must have changed since the time of filming as it is one of the ones that doesn’t work. I had tried one other at that time, but I suppose by luck of the draw that just happened to be one that didn’t support it either.
