Say I have 20 tracks, 1 to 18 set to solo and 19-20 are muted. And say I want just temporarily mute all tracks to monitor track 5, until such time as I want to restore the button states. Is there an easy way of doing this?
Also, why is the Solo button so-called when pressing it doesn’t automatically mute all other tracks?

Hi,
Select the tracks, you want to muted, and hold down Alt+Shift to enable Q-Link. Then press Mute of one of the selected Track. The selected tracks are muted, and you can monitor the one track only. Once you are done, hold down Alt+Shift again (to enable Q-Link) and click Mute again, to Unmute those tracks.
