I continue to have issues with solo/mure buttons that become unresponsive as per the attached video. So far the only solution I have found is to delete preferences and make them fresh again, which is a big pain as I lose all my settings.
I use an external USB hub (Sitecom) where I plug the ilok, not sure if this one could be the cause of the issues.
So plug the iLok into its own port, or unplug the hub to test.
it doesn’t solve it, also because I need the iLok and my MacBook Pro doesn’t have a usb port (only USB C)
Lots of USB-C to USB adapters available, not expensive .
What model MI, Year?
Do you have an earlier version of Cubase to test ?
I don’t use Cubase 15 on my 16” Macbook Pro M2 Max so can’t test it here.

Could this be a midi loopback problem?
It would be useful if you could try running Cubase 14, if it then works then that would indicate ( to me ) that the problem is specific to Cubase 15.
