I had problem with perfomance with my brand new PC (i7 processor) , new soundcard UR22C and tried everyting without success. There where glitches in playback and an error message was that USB inter face was USB 2.0 depite using USB -C 3 on both side, I wrongly blamed the manufacturer of the PC : -( But good news it was the cable. Make sure to use USB 3.2 cable of good quality not 3.0 I purchased a new cable and woops the problem was solved. : - )
